bismillahhirrahmanirrahim.
good morning to all of you.
here I am,still at my home^^
few days to go before my final exam.
how's your life? I hope everything is okay=)
talking about morning.what you are going to do today?
Please do something beneficial for you and others^^
Wake up in the early morning,alhamdullilah.Allah gives me this chance. Make me remember one of the hadith from The Prophet s.a.w.

Abu Hurairah (Radhi-Allahu 'anhu) reported: The Messenger of Allah (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wasallam) said, "He who recites in the morning and in the evening the statement: `Subhan-Allahi wa bihamdihi (Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with praising Him)' One Hundred Times, will not be surpassed on the Day of Resurrection by anyone with better deeds than one who utters the same words or utters more of these words.'' [ Sahih Muslim]

But before you do anything, don't forget to take your breakfast. Breakfast is an important meal^^
A good breakfast provides the nutrients that people need to start their day off right. "Children who eat a good breakfast tend to perform better in school, and have a better attendance and decreased hyperactivity. Children who don't eat breakfast tend to perform not as well, and also tend to have behavior problems such as fighting, stealing, and not listening to their teachers" (Dr. Ronald Kleinman, Harvard Medical School).

Me,myself,sometimes forget about breakfast. I will try to change it,make sure that I will have my breakfast so that it is good for my health. What about you?? However,please don't just simply take anything! Make sure it is good for your health ya^^ Skipping breakfast is a common strategy for people who are trying to lose weight, but it's usually not a successful one. Your body (or maybe your brain) expects to be refueled a few times each day, so when you skip meals you may feel so hungry that when lunch time comes, you over-eat or maybe you choose foods that are not the healthiest choices. One good tips if you want to diet, actually, eating breakfast may be good for losing weight. People who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight.So what is your favourite menu for breakfast? Emm..?? Nasi lemak? Bread? Whatever is your choice, as a muslim,please don't forget The one who give us each beautiful gift^^

Narrated Wahshi ibn Harb (RadhiAllahu 'anhu):

The Companions of the Prophet (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) said: Allah's Apostle (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) we eat but we are not satisfied.
He (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) said: Perhaps you eat separately.
They replied: Yes.
He (salAllahu alayhi wa sallam) said: If you gather together at your food and mention Allah's name, you will be blessed in it.

Aishah (radiyallahu ta’ala ‘anha) reported that the Messenger of Allah (sallalahu ta’ala ‘alahi wasallam) said, “When any of you wants to eat he should mention the name of Allah in the begining (i.e., say Bismillah). If he forgets to do it in the beginning he should say Bismillah awwalahu wa akhirahu (I begin with the Name of Allah at the beginning and at the end).” (Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi )
So beautiful,Islam is beautiful,right?^^ Alhamdullilah,proud to be a muslim:)
